We always aim to start each new client relationship with an initial consultation to gain an understanding of what you are looking for. This also allows YOU the chance to see what we are like and if Nosy Design is the right marketing agency choice for your business.

Following the consultation, we will write a proposal for your consideration. This will highlight the marketing services we think would help you to reach your goal.
This will include timelines, costing models and a summary of the predicted results. We do think it’s important to be honest with our clients at the beginning of the relationship, so things don’t creep-up halfway through the project. Similarly, this gives you the chance to ask any questions,
At this stage you can even accept the proposal or suggest any changes which we will do our best to meet.
When the proposal has been accepted by both parties and (if applicable) we have signed a service agreement and collected the deposit, we will start the analysis & research process.
The Nosy Design team will take a long look at both your business, market trends and projections – as well as other businesses in your sector. We will also (internally) create a plan of action to determine which team member will tackle which task.
It’s important to do this at the beginning of the project so that we can maximise the results which you gain from our work and get the best value possible.

We will carry out the work as per the service agreement. We always try to keep our client in the loop and will send you regular updates on the work that is being carried out.
On some larger projects, we will also ask you for resources such as pictures (for websites), written content (for promotional print) or suggested music (for videos).
When the first project draft has been completed, we will send it over to you for a review and any changes. All quotes will normally include 3 revisions (unless otherwise stated).
When the project has been finished, we will send it to your for a final approval and sign-off*. We are always devoted to making sure our clients gain the best value from the work we have delivered – we will be available to answer any questions and support you in making the most of what has been done for you.
